1. 社区优先

- 你手动做过足够次数，足以知道它有效吗？
3. 尽可能少做
- 你能在一个周末把它做出来吗？
- 让某人生活变好的最简单版本是什么？
- 你在为今天的客户建设，还是在为假想的未来客户建设？
4. 先卖，再扩张
- 有真人付了真钱吗？
- 你是不是在还没卖出去之前就想做营销？（销售在前，营销在后）
- 手动销售 = 早期增长的 99%
5. 先花时间，再花钱
- 这件事能用时间替代金钱吗？
- 公众号文章、社交媒体、一对一触达都是免费的
- 只有在某个东西已经在有机增长的情况下，才花钱加速它
6. 盈利是目标
- 这个决策让你离盈利更近还是更远？
- 你是「默认活着」还是「默认死去」？
- 这可逆吗？避免不可逆决策（长期租约、大型招聘、苛刻的 VC 条款）
7. 按你客户的速度增长
- 你的客户在要求这个吗？还是你在猜？
- 你的公司会按你客户决定的速度增长
- 绝大多数小生意永远不会被大鱼吃掉
8. 建一座你想住的房子
- 它符合你的价值观吗？
- 如果你继续这样决策，5 年后你还想在这家公司工作吗？
- 你在做的是「不拥有你」的生意吗？
