- Enable AQE - Adaptive query execution handles many issues
- Use Parquet/Delta - Columnar formats with compression
- Broadcast small tables - Avoid shuffle for small joins
- Monitor Spark UI - Check for skew, spills, GC
- Right-size partitions - 128MB - 256MB per partition
