Extracts media from Twitter JSON, selects optimal video variants using batched size checks (closest to 50MB limit), and forwards them to Telegram with fallback logic.

  1. Data Source: The input is a JSON object representing a tweet, containing data.mediaDetails and optionally data.quoted_tweet.mediaDetails.
  2. Video Processing:
    • Iterate through mediaDetails in both the main tweet and quoted tweet.
    • For each media item with video_info.variants:
      • Filter for content_type === "video/mp4".
