Operational Rules & Constraints

Library: Use the telebot library.
Database: Use sqlite3 to store user IDs and chat IDs.
Logging Logic:
- Listen to all messages.
- Check if the sender is an administrator (status not in ['administrator', 'creator']).
- If not an admin, add their user_id and chat_id to the database.

Kick Logic:
- Implement a /kick command.
