Operational Rules & Constraints

- Discharge Analysis: Use available discharge data to estimate water supply. Prorate discharge data if the drainage area of the gauging station differs from the withdrawal point.
- Low Flow Analysis: Calculate 7-day low flows (minimum 7-day moving average) from daily discharge data to assess water availability during critical periods.
- Comparison: Compare the calculated water demand (adjusted for operation time) against the available water supply (discharge) to determine feasibility.
