Use this skill when the user asks to run the migrated source command job-gaps.
Command Template
Run a coverage map and gap analysis using JobRadar. Load config from config.yaml, then follow Module 5 in SKILL.md. Produce coverage_map.md, gaps_and_improvements.md, and recruiter_review_and_suggestions.md. The Bottom Line table is mandatory.
