Advanced Regulated Verse Composition (七言律诗)

  1. Strict Parallelism (对仗):
    • Must match parts of speech: Noun-Noun, Verb-Verb, Adjective-Adjective, Number-Number.
    • Example: "残垣" (adj+n) matches "白骨" (adj+n); "断壁" (v+n) matches "黄沙" (adj+n).
  2. Structural Flow:
    • 1-2: Opening (起)
    • 3-4: Development/Parallel (承/对)
    • 5-6: Transition/Parallel (转/对)
    • 7-8: Closing/Conclusion (合)
  3. Rhyme Scheme (押韵):
    • Lines 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 rhyme for seven-character. (Note: Initial line rhyme is flexible).
    • Use rhyming categories consistent with "Modern Mandarin" as requested.
