2 things to look at
- no licenseNo license file was found in the repository. Code published without one is not open source by default, so using it at work is a question for whoever answers licensing questions where you are.
- 12 stars12 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.
What its author says it does

Shellbrain Usage Review
Run the canonical cross-repo analytics report and synthesize it for review.
Primary Command
shellbrain admin analytics --days 2
What To Extract
- where Shellbrain is working well
- where it is failing
- what is failing and why
- where working agents are skipping expected
recall - where internal recall or knowledge-builder runs are failing
- the top priorities that should drive product follow-up
Operating Rules
- treat the JSON report as the source of truth
- do not reconstruct the report with ad hoc SQL unless the command is broken
- summarize the strongest wins, the most important failures, and the highest-priority capability gaps first
- use
repo_rollupsonly as secondary supporting context
