Team Lead Skill Wrapper（角色技能入口）

当前文件是 Manus 的 role skill 入口。

该角色只负责 orchestration，不是 public main skill。正常用户请求应先从 rdc-debugger 发起，当前 role 只接收 normalized intake / task handoff。
