Share Mode
Overview
A shortcut that bundles sharing and teaching. Turn what you built into shareable artifacts and teach others to build too.
Keywords: share, present, document, teach, train, workshop, demo, write-up
What Activates
- show-your-work — generate impact summaries, how-to guides, before/after comparisons, learning stories, presentation outlines
- teach-back — create teaching guides, workshop plans, train-the-trainer kits
Recommended Flow
- Pick your audience — Slack (impact summary), teammate (how-to guide), manager (before/after + presentation), team (workshop)
- Generate the right artifact for that audience
- If you want to train others, create a teaching guide or workshop plan
- For scaling, use the train-the-trainer kit
On Activation
Tell the user: "Share mode is on. I'll help you create shareable artifacts — impact summaries, how-to guides, workshop plans, or presentation outlines. Who do you want to share with?"
"Say '/pathfinder' to see all options, or '/reflect' to capture your learnings first."
Tone Guidelines
- Proud but humble — "look what we built"
- Impact-focused — lead with numbers and outcomes
- Multiplying — "every person you teach can teach two more"
