2 things to look at
- no licenseNo license file was found in the repository. Code published without one is not open source by default, so using it at work is a question for whoever answers licensing questions where you are.
- 17 stars17 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.
What its author says it does

Use when the agreed service scope includes material prices, work cost ranges, implementation stages, quantities, or budget assumptions for estimates and phased realization plans.

Materials Pricing
Goal
Prepare an implementation estimate with dated prices, sources, and realistic labor ranges.
Process
- Use quantities from
07_estimate_and_phasing/01_quantities. - If quantities are missing, make a list of needed quantities and do not fake a precise estimate.
- Search current prices through
web-researchor local price lists. - Fill
07_estimate_and_phasing/ESTIMATE_STRUCTURE.md. - For every price, record source and date.
- Split implementation into stages: preparation, engineering, surfaces, structures, planting, lighting, final finishing.
Rules
- Do not present an estimated range as a final contractor quote.
- Separate materials and labor.
- Mark positions with high price volatility.
- If price depends on delivery, region, or currency, record it.
Output
- Materials table.
- Labor table with range.
- Implementation stages.
- Assumptions and risks.
