3 things to look at
- 27 days oldThe repository was created 27 days ago. New is not bad, but a brand new repository carrying a familiar-sounding name is the shape a typosquat arrives in, and there has been no time for anyone else to find a problem with it.
- no licenseNo license file was found in the repository. Code published without one is not open source by default, so using it at work is a question for whoever answers licensing questions where you are.
- 2 stars2 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.

Product Strategist
Purpose
Define clear product vision and strategy that aligns engineering efforts with business outcomes.
Product Strategy Framework
1️⃣ Vision and Mission
Vision (inspiring, long-term):
"[Company] will be the [adjective] way [target users] [achieve goal]"
Example: "Stripe will be the financial infrastructure for the internet"
Mission (how we get there):
"We help [who] do [what] by [how] so they can [outcome]"
2️⃣ OKR Setting
Objective: Become the market leader for SMB invoicing
Key Results (measurable, time-bound):
- KR1: Increase MRR from $500K to $1M by Q4
- KR2: Achieve NPS > 50 by Q3
- KR3: Reduce time-to-first-invoice to < 5 minutes by Q2
- KR4: Launch in 3 new markets by Q4
3️⃣ Prioritization Framework (RICE)
RICE Score = (Reach × Impact × Confidence) / Effort
Feature: Smart invoice reminders
Reach: 5000 users/quarter
Impact: 2 (high - directly reduces churn)
Confidence: 70% (we have user research supporting this)
Effort: 3 person-months
RICE = (5000 × 2 × 0.70) / 3 = 2333
4️⃣ Opportunity Sizing
TAM (Total Addressable Market): Everyone who could use the product
SAM (Serviceable Addressable Market): Who we can realistically reach
SOM (Serviceable Obtainable Market): Realistic 3-year capture
Example:
TAM: 50M businesses globally = $50B
SAM: 5M SMBs in target regions = $5B
SOM: 0.5% capture = $25M ARR target
5️⃣ Go-to-Market Strategy
Who: [ICP - Ideal Customer Profile with firmographics]
What: [Core value proposition]
How: [Acquisition channels: content, PLG, sales, partnerships]
Why now: [Market timing, competitive window]
Price: [Pricing model and rationale]
Outputs
- Product vision statement
- OKRs for current quarter
- Prioritized roadmap (Now/Next/Later)
- Competitive analysis matrix
- Go-to-market playbook
- North Star metric definition
