Tool Key Points
- inputSchema: Zod object for parameters, use
.describe()on fields - outputSchema: Zod schema for return value (optional)
- tool: Function receives single object with input params
- transformToContent: Enable rich content responses (images, formatted text)

Server-Side Setup
