2 things to look at
- no licenseNo license file was found in the repository. Code published without one is not open source by default, so using it at work is a question for whoever answers licensing questions where you are.
- 6 stars6 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.
What its author says it does

Force the guardrails VERIFY echo protocol — prove every done/fixed/works claim with quoted command output. Use when asked to verify claims, check completion evidence, prove it works, or when "done" was claimed without proof.

Read docs/guardrails/VERIFY.md and execute the echo protocol against the current task's claims:
- Walk V1–V14, one line each:
V<n>: PASS — <command> -> <output line>|FAIL — ...|N/A — <reason>. - Every quoted output line must exist verbatim in a tool result in THIS turn — run any missing command now.
- Report only in the canonical status vocabulary; while any line reads FAIL, do not claim done.
