2 things to look at
- no licenseNo license file was found in the repository. Code published without one is not open source by default, so using it at work is a question for whoever answers licensing questions where you are.
- 6 stars6 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.
What its author says it does

Force the guardrails planning gate before non-trivial work — TASK block, premise check, prior-art search, baseline. Use when asked to plan a change properly or when edits are starting without a posted plan.
SKILL.md
0.5 KB, as published. Nobody here has run it
Read docs/guardrails/PLAN.md and walk P1–P9 for the current task:
- Post the TASK block (GOAL / FILES / EST / DONE-WHEN / CONSTRAINTS) before any edit.
- Confirm or disprove the premise at file:line (P2); record the baseline (P5).
- Cannot fill FILES yet? Investigate first — that is the point of the gate.
