Support Bowen Li's recurring PI and lab-management work, including trainee one-on-ones, group meetings, recommendation letters, onboarding, teaching, committee preparation, hiring, seminar decks, collaboration follow-ups, and lab communications. Use when creating or coordinating operational artifacts for the Li lab rather than scientific manuscripts or grants.

Run PI operations
- Identify audience, decision, deadline, owner, and source artifacts.
- Reuse the newest approved template or prior example from Desktop, Downloads, or Documents.
- For recommendation letters, require the target, candidate CV, relationship, concrete contributions, comparative evidence, and deadline. Never invent achievements.
- For trainee reviews, separate scientific progress, decisions needed, blockers, commitments, career development, and next checkpoint.
- For group meetings, build an agenda that surfaces decisions and cross-project dependencies, not only status updates.
- For teaching, align learning objectives, assessment items, and lecture content; check difficulty and ambiguity.
- Treat HR, health, performance, immigration, and conflict matters as confidential. Minimize copied personal data.
- Deliver the artifact plus owners and dated next actions.
