2 things to look at

  • 28 days oldThe repository was created 28 days ago. New is not bad, but a brand new repository carrying a familiar-sounding name is the shape a typosquat arrives in, and there has been no time for anyone else to find a problem with it.
  • 8 stars8 stars. Stars are a popularity signal and not a quality one, but at this level it is likely that nobody has read this closely except its author, and you would be relying on your own review.

What its author says it does

Copied from the file, not written here

Builds a 7-day SMB campaign kit: one offer with value, deadline, and an honest reason-why; channels picked from what the owner already has (email list, socials, storefront, partners); a day-by-day calendar; every asset drafted (three emails, three social posts, flyer copy); a simple spend/leads/sales tracking sheet; and a day-8 debrief template. Use when the user says "we need sales this month", "run a promo for the shop", or "I've got an email list and an Instagram — do something with them".

Run Campaign — Campaign Runner

"Run a campaign."

Seven days, one offer, channels the owner already controls. No ad account required, no agency, no month of planning.

When to use

  • "We need sales this month" / "August is looking empty."
  • "Run a promo for the shop" — seasonal push, anniversary, slow-season filler.
  • "I have 900 emails and an Instagram — do something with them."
  • Launching a new product or service to the existing customer base.
  • Overstock, expiring inventory, or unbooked capacity that needs a deadline.

Workflow

  1. Nail the offer. One offer: the value (what they get and what it's worth), the deadline (day 7, a real date), and the reason-why (anniversary, season, slots to fill, overstock). No fake urgency — the owner must be able to say the reason with a straight face.
  2. Inventory owned channels. Email list size, each social account and its real reach, storefront traffic, partners who'd share. Pick 2–3 that can actually deliver; skip paid unless the user names a budget.
  3. Set the goal and do the math. One number (sales, bookings, covers). Back into required leads with a stated conversion assumption — compute it, write it down, judge day 8 against it.
  4. Build the day-by-day calendar. Tease → launch → proof → reminder → last call, mapped to real dates and the picked channels, respecting the list's tolerance (max three emails in seven days).
  5. Draft every asset. Three emails (launch, reminder, last call), three social posts (tease, proof, last call), flyer or counter-card copy. One voice, one offer, one CTA everywhere — same link, same code.
  6. Build the tracking sheet. Date, channel, spend, leads, sales, revenue, note. Two minutes a day to fill; it is the only reporting.
  7. Schedule the day-8 debrief. Goal vs actual, cost per sale, which channel pulled, keep / change / kill — and the date of the next campaign while the lessons are warm.

Output format

Goal: <n> <sales/bookings> → needs ~<n> leads at <x>% assumed conversion

CHANNELS (owned)
1. <channel> — reach <n> — role: workhorse
2. <channel> — reach <n> — role: support

TRACKING SHEET

DAY-8 DEBRIEF (fill on <date>)
Goal vs actual | Cost per sale | Channel that pulled | Keep / Change / Kill | Next campaign date

Quality bar

  • One offer, one CTA, one tracking link or code across every asset — no menu of options.
  • Reason-why is true and specific; no invented scarcity, no fake countdowns.
  • Channels chosen from assets the owner actually controls, with realistic reach numbers.
  • Goal math computed and stated — leads needed, conversion assumed — before day 1.
  • Every asset fully drafted and sendable as-is; nothing left "to be written later."
  • Email cadence capped at three sends in seven days to protect the list.

Example

Invocation: "Bakery, slow Tuesdays, 1,200-person email list and a decent Instagram. Fill the room."

Produced: The "Tuesday Table" offer — book any Tuesday slot this week, dessert on the house, because Tuesdays are when the ovens run trial bakes. Goal: 40 bookings from ~200 clicks at a stated 20% conversion assumption. Channels: email, Instagram, counter card. A D1–D7 calendar; three emails, three posts, and flyer copy fully drafted around one booking link; a seven-column tracking sheet; and a day-8 debrief booked with keep/change/kill boxes.
