Competitor Analysis
Analyze competitor SEO and GEO strategies to find gaps and opportunities.
Process
- Identify competitors: direct, indirect, and content competitors.
- Gather data: domain, traffic estimates, authority, business model, audience, offerings.
- Analyze keywords: rankings, top keywords, intent mix, gaps.
- Audit content: volume, top performers, themes, publishing patterns.
- Review backlinks: totals, quality, top domains, linkable assets.
- Assess technical: Core Web Vitals, mobile, architecture, internal linking.
- Check GEO: which queries cite competitors, what formats get cited, openings.
- Synthesize: comparison table, strengths to learn, weaknesses to exploit, keyword opportunities, content recommendations, and action plan.
